Shared requirements
- Deep Claude Code or Codex user for ≥ 12 months — AI as primary productivity, not occasional assist; bring demonstrable evidence (GitHub / projects / personal output)
- A hybrid operator: beyond domain skill, you automate repetitive work yourself with scripts + agents instead of waiting on someone else
- Full-time onsite, reliably present at our Shanghai office

5 core roles
Every role is a hybrid: domain expertise × AI orchestration × automation. We don't hire single-tool operators — you should be able to direct Claude Code, Codex, agents and the CLI to scale yourself into a team. Core roles open first. Expand each role for responsibilities, requirements and pluses.
- Use Claude Code + lark-cli + Feishu approvals/Base to turn books, reimbursements, payroll, social insurance and on/off-boarding into agent-run pipelines rather than manual line-by-line work
- Build self-checking finance/HR workflows: reconciliation, budget control and anomaly alerts run first via scripts and agents — you only judge and sign off
- Hand contract, annual-report and tax first drafts to AI for drafting and triage; you own compliance sign-off and external coordination (law / accounting firms)
- Distill the company's finance-HR automation into reusable SOPs and prompt templates
- Finance background (accounting / audit / CFO track), 5+ years, and already uses AI in daily workflows with demonstrable output
- Hands-on end-to-end HR, sub-50-person companies preferred; willing to rebuild flows with agents rather than keep them manual
- Can build automation yourself with Python / Shell + Claude Code, without leaning on an eng team
- Structured thinking: can break fuzzy finance/HR needs into agent-executable steps
- AI-assisted contract / financial-report review
- Cross-border compliance (overseas subsidiary / offshore payroll)
